The Clockwork Testament or: Enderby's End
Hart-Davis, MacGibbon, London 1974 - First edition. With the ownership signature (as A.S. Duffy, dated June 1974) of Byatt, one of the Booker Prize judges for that year to the front free endpaper and her note: "This should have won Booker. The Sperr Lansing show, p.75 et seq. is perhaps the funniest thing I've ever read." Small areas of soiling to front and rear free endpapers and fore-edge else a very good copy in dustwrapper faded at spine. Byatt won the Booker Prize in 1990. [Attributes: First Edition; Hard Cover]
