Contemporary, red half morocco with marbled boards and sparsely gilt spine. Owner's book-plate on paste-down endpaper. Boards heavily rubbed, corners bumped, joints and spine ends rubbed, interior with some occasional foxing and soiling. Second edition of Mary Robinson's gothic novel "Vancenza" in two parts bound together with Charlotte Turner Smith's "Rayland Hall" (previously published in 1793 under the title "The Old Manor House") and the anonymously published "Lewis Tyrrell", possibly written by publisher Thomas Tegg himself. Four gothic bluebooks bound in one volume.
