C. W. Beaumont. London. 1926. FIRST EDITION. Limited to 325 numbered copies. Large Octavo. (10.3 x 7.7 inches). Illustrated with 44 colour and mono plates. In a fine contemporary leather binding, by Barbara F. Hiller of San Francisco, of full tan Oasis morocco with an onlaid decoration of a harlequin in black, red and mustard coloured leather. Red and mustard 4 piece diamond design laid onto the rear board. Spine with lettering laid on in hand cut black morocco leather letters. Marbled endpapers. In a leather entry slip case, also made by Hiller. The slip case has split and been repaired with archive tape to three hinges. The pages of the book suffer from some foxing but the binding is in very good condition with only some minor darkening to the spine.
