Hoblitzell, Philadelphia 1851 - Hard back history book with gold type on spine. Small illustration of an Indian standing over a dead white man (also in gold). Also has a folding plate between pages 50 and 51. Is 416 pp. in all. As far as wear on book, spine is chipped at top and bottom, and also has a small cut towards the front cover; front cover is worn and very slightyl torn near spine, and has some sort of stain/smudge on bottom left hand corner of cover; back cover has a couple of small, noticeable spots; pages are foxing, and some have moisture damage, it also has a water stain towards inside of bottom of some pages. A description of the history of where the book was found/has been is written inside front cover. THIS BOOK IS VERY RARE. Overall, considering this book's age, it is in great condition and a very special book.The book may have minor flaws that may have gone unnoticed. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall [Attributes: First Edition; Hard Cover]
