A rare American edition of the first Irish criminal conversation case to be tried by a jury, with John Phillpot Curran (the "Irish Erskine") as lead counsel for the plaintiff, the jury awarding an enormous 10,000; no copy of this edition in the NUC. Modern cloth, somewhat embrowned, but a sound copy. Printed for and sold by B. Dornin, and P. Byrne, New-York, 1804.
