Autograph letter signed.
[Berlin], 3. VII. 1902. - Oblong 8vo. 1 p. To the writer Karl Klammer: "You must think me the most despicable person in the world; in truth I am merely the busiest. I really was thrilled by your poem and wanted to write you a long letter about it - then I became ill [.] Now I must complete the Baudelaire for Seemann, and am preoccupied with so much more work. And today all I can do is send you the corrected proofs, asking you to return them as soon as possible [.]" (translation).
