FONT> 1898 - A reference work on the London diocesian clergy. This work looks at the clergy succession from the earliest time to 1898. Compiled and with notes by George Hennessy. With the bookplate of Edward Francis Hay, Vicar of Kelvedon to the front pastedown. Condition: In a full cloth binding with gilt stamping to the spine. Externally, generally smart. Bumping to the head and tail of spine and to the extremities. Small amount of rubbing to the head and tail of spine which has faded. A few white ink blots to the tail of spine. Light rubbing to the extremities. Front hinge is strained but firm. Bookplate to front pastedown, Edward Francis Hay. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are age toned with offsetting and spots to the first and last few pages. The odd spots throughout. Overall: GOOD. [Attributes: Hard Cover]
