In a pocket sized format. With the bookplate of Hugh Cecil Lowther, 5th Earl of Lonsdale to the front pastedown. This is an English translation of the New Testament, translated from the original Greek. Condition: In a full calf binding with blind stamping to boards. Externally, rubbed, mostly to the boards and to the head and tail of spine. Loss to the head and tail of spine. Joints are tender and hinges are weak. May detach with too much handling. Prior owner's bookplate to the front pastedown, Hugh Cecil, Earl of Lonsdale. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are slightlyage toned with theodd spots throughout. Overall: GOOD ONLY..
