Signed without inscription upon publication on blank opposite title page, and hand-numbered on colophon, by Virginia Woolf in her characteristic purple ink. Spine slightly faded, slipcase rubbed & a bit soiled with professional repairs along seams on top & bottom edges. 1930 Hard Cover. We have more books available by this author! 8 pp. Folio. A limited edition of 550 copies, designed & embellished by W.A. Dwiggins, of which 500 were offered for sale. Red cloth spine with gilt titles and gilt leaf emblem, grey paper over boards, pink & brown label on front board. Issued in publisher's slipcase. Woolf is most well-known for A Room of One's Own, Mrs. Dalloway, To the Lighthouse, and, sadly, her macabre method of suicide (she filled her pockets with stones and drowned herself in the River Ouse).
