London: Allen and Unwin, 1954-1955. First impressions. Fellowship of the Ring is near fine in a very good dust jacket with some sunning to the spine, shallow 1/8-1/4 inch chipping at the head and tail of the spine, light wear at the tips, an approx. one inch and three inch split along the spine fold and a small brownish mark to the front panel. The Two Towers has some bumping to the head of the spine and is otherwise near fine in a very good plus dust jacket with some sunning to the spine, head and tail of the spine rubbed, and a 1/4 inch chip on the rear panel at the spine fold. Return of the King is near fine in a near fine dust jacket with some sunning to the spine and some rubbing to the head and tail of the spine - no chipping. All maps present and fine.
