Marbled endpapers, gilt inner dentelles. Bound and signed by Riviere and Son. Frontispiece. A nice inscription on the verso of the front free endpaper and flyleaf reads: "February 1, 1927/ With great affection/ and deep appreciation/ from your Armco/ First Line Men". Then follow the signatures of Charles R. Hook (then Armco president), Bennett Chapple (assistant to the president) Earl Emerson (vice president), Calvin W. Verity, W. W. Sebald, Newman Ebersole, and nineteen others. With the bookplate of Charles R. Hook, Jr. on the front pastedown endpaper.
