1923. (OFFICINA BODONI). SHELLEY, Percy Bysshe. EPIPSYCHIDION. (Montagnola: Officina Bodoni, November 1923). One of 220 copies printed in black and blue on mould-made Marais paper; set in 16-point Bodoni roman and italic. 4to., full vellum, gilt title to spine and publisher's device to upper board. Bookplate. Internally clean but for a few initial leaves which have a small dampstain at the bottom fore-corner. Light soiling overall to vellum, with a faint, shallow dampstain at the bottom-edge of the upper board. Two boards from the original slipcase are present. The English text of the poem published anonymously in 1821 while Shelley was living in Pisa; it is an early book of the press.
