Vol I: Frontispiece portrait, xi, 324pp; vol II: Engraved frontispiece of Lake Tiberias, xi, 291pp. Fine contemporary binding full leather gilt, all edges marbled to match the endpapers, very little wear, tight, sound and very clean internally with no previous ownership marking, offsetting to the title pages and frontispieces as is usual with this title. The half titles have been retained. . Skinner was an officer serving in the 31st Regiment (Huntingdonshire}.
