The famous and well sought after Geneva set of engravings and maps are included throughout. Various decorative engravings, first chapter capitals and colophons. Printed in two column Roman font fore text and notes. Collation: No prelims, No Main title page , begins Genesis page 1 (which is laid down, lacks 3 pages), 190pp (double page - ends at Job), title page "This second Part of the Bible", 127pp (to end of Prophets/Malachi), blank, Apocrypha - numbered pp745 to pp919, 2pp blank, New Testament title page - pp121, A brief table of the interpretation of the proper names chiefly found Old Testament 11pp colophon date - 1599, Title page book of Psalms 52pp (last 7pp or so are lacking) Externally the book is in a later (c1800) full leather binding.
