[title leaf], 10, iii-xvi, 13-284 pp. Spine label chipped and darkened. Light edge wear to boards and fading to spine, a few spots of staining to cloth. Hinges cracked but binding is tight. Ink stamp to front pastedown. A clean copy of a scarce title on the practical application of beer brewing with sections on the nature of barley, malts, hops, wort, and storing ale. Also covers the health properties of malt liquors.
