Plates 17, 18, 31 [coloured]. TOTAL PLATES : 31 (1 coloured). Loosely inserted a small part-coloured plate of fungi by JAMES BOLTON, Halifax - 'Drawn & Etched by J. Bolton at Halifax, Aug. 1787.' Later half calf, inscribed on the title to v.I - Mr. Robson from the Author - and each volume signed by EDWARD ROBSON, voluminous annotation throughout volumes 2,3,4, overall very good copies. *EDWARD ROBSON [1763-1813] Durham, botanist, acknowledged in v.I as having rendered assistance to the author. The marginal annotations record those species sent and to whom [for example DT - DAWSON TURNER]. [Attributes: Signed Copy]
