C. Michael. -- Frontispiece partially loose from the binding (appears its gluing dried out), needs to be tipped back in). Bottom front edges lightly soiled, light rubbing to the extremities. -- Signed by the author with the following note: "The Role of America among nations is the Propaganda of Peace & Republicanism. Condition. "A military science fiction novel by H. G.
