Going Home (Dr. Hunter S. Thompson Gonzo Memorial) [Silkscreen Print]
Joe Petro III, Lexington, KY, 2006. 22 by 30 inches. Original five-color silkscreen (serigraph) on Rising Stonehenge deckle edge paper, published in an edition of 150 copies. Below the print are signatures from Thompson's wife and some of his friends," including Ed Bradley, Anita Thompson, Johnny Depp, Kurt Vonnegut, Douglas Brinkley, Deborah Fuller, Bill Murray, Laila Nabulsi, Jann Wenner, Bob Braudis, and Juan Thompson. In lieu of the late Thompson's signature, it is stamped with the writer's "Gonzo" stamp. The printer, Joe Petro III, signed the serigraph on the back. A fine copy.
