Foxing to end papers and title pages and contents + index, crease mark to contents page. Old ink splash mark to last map (41) South America to lower ¼ in part also index title, and edges of index pages and end papers. All other maps clean and bright very occasional dust marking to upper blank margin in places and blank verso of the maps. The contents tight with no inscriptions or marks. Publishers half brown Morocco binding with gilt title to upper board some rubbing to edges and corners. The binding tight with no splits or staining. Includes five maps on Australasia, two World maps, one of North America, and one of the United States and Texas. The North America map and United States and Texas map both have Texas as an independent country with brief printed note below, also similar note to opposite section noting the slave holding states south of the Potomac and Ohio rivers on the United States and Texas map .
