Dublin, Ireland: George Bonham for Pat Byrne, Grafton-street, 1790. Leather-bound. Very Good Plus. 8vo. Rebound in brown calf with tape (i.e., not leather) labels, contrasting colors, to spine. Light rubbing to extremities. Beautiful fold-out frontis "MAP of that tract in the North of Ireland which includes the BASALTES and its attendant FOSSILS". Three tri-fold-out engravings by J. Ford. Seems to be a blend of historic, geological and natural history. Text block is nice and bright and high-quality paper. The spine labels appear to be cheap; Bindwr should've used leather.
