It will please me to have you give it an early reading if you find that quite convenient. As I told you during our pleasant interview, I personally consider it my best work -- not excepting the popular 'Wizard of Oz'. In conversation with Mr. Neill, the artist, on Saturday, he stated that the drawings you might select to use he would prepare for reproduction by any method you prefer. I shall be at 'The Players', 16 Gramercy Park, until about Oct 1st/ Very respectfully and with regards to Mr. Bok and yourself L. Frank Baum". The Emerald City of Oz was released in 1910 and was the sixth book in the series. The letter has one mailing fold and is in very fine condition. Certainly one of the finest Baum letters available.
