The unclipped first issue dustjacket has minor abrasions to the front cover and spine, but without the typical fading; with all seventeen chapters spelled out on the rear panel; protected in archival mylar. Two pages with tiny spots of discoloration in the page margins. The top of the closed page edges, dyed dark blue, has a few tiny spots of discoloration. The author's first book, winner of the Faulkner Foundation Award for the best first novel of the year, and a finalist for the National Book Award. Very Good+ condition. Very good+ condition (DJ).
