Hardcover, bound in blind-tooled pigskin over boards with metal fore-edge clasps, edges blue. Binding rubbed, but solid; occasional small blemishes, endpaper and marginal toning, else clean and unmarked. Arias was a Spanish Jesuit theologian and scholar, known especially for his ascetical treatises, which were translated into various languages. [Attributes: Hard Cover]
