Paris: Editions Jeanne Bucher, 1942. Tan printed wrappers lettered in red and black. 8vo. 76pp. Illustrated with 4 full-page engravings by Picasso. Copy #207 of 400 copies printed. Inscribed by the author to American editor and publisher Cornelia Schaeffer and with a 6-line poem written in ink by Hugnet beneath the inscription. A collection of poems by the French poet and critic and important figure in the Surrealist and Dada movements. A good copy with some browning to the covers and some chipping to the spine tips. The rear cover has a short closed tear at the left side. The text and plates are in good condition with some light tanning but no chips or tears. [Attributes: Signed Copy; Soft Cover]
