William Henry Draper, stating that he is a holder of Debentures of the Cobourg and Peterborough Company, and praying that his interests may be protected. (Mr. Connor) Ordered by the Legislative Assembly to be printed, 31st May, 1858. Printed, 4th June, 1858 Toronto : Printed by John Lovell, Yonge Street Imbroglio related to the issue of new debentures in preference to the holders of existing debentures. The Cobourg and Peterborough Company was established by an Act in Nov. 1852. William Henry Draper was a lawyer, judge, and politician in Upper Canada later Canada West.
