Modern 3/4 calf over marbled boards, the imprint shaved with the loss of four words, the margins cut close (legibility preserved), the Taussig copy First edition variant, the first rendering of Coke's Reports in English, abridged or otherwise, preceding the English translation of the reports themselves (not to appear until 1658), clearly popular, with five issuances in fifteen years
