Pictures and a brief discussion of the sanatorium on the rear cover. Brown die-cut buffalo head with two die-cut holes showing the pictures of Gordon W. Lillie and Mrs. G. W. Lillie, 16 pp. the margins of every are decorated in color with various western vignettes of cowboys, rifles, buffalo, Indian artifacts, etc., also illustrated from photographs, portraits. Much information is provided both in text and photographs of Buffalo Ranch and the Beautiful Bungalow Home Of Pawnee Bill that include pictures of the imposing bungalow, ranch scenes, buffalo, the great gateway, a view of looking toward the town of Pawnee, Oklahoma from the ranch, driving in Angora goats, rounding up a band of mules, entertaining distinguished visitors, entrance to the Indian Council House, interior views of the bungalow, the Buffalo Park Sanatorium, and much more. Also brief biographical sketches of Mr. & Mrs. Lillie are provided, poetry titled "Blue Hawk Peak" by John M. Burke is offered, "The Council House" by Col. W. F. Cody, 'Buffalo Bill" is of interest, "The Buffalo" by John M. Burke and "As He Dreamt" by Frank Winch are provided.
