A translation of "Annales rerum Anglicarum et Hibernicarum regnante Elizabetha" by William Camden, who is named on A1r. The contemporary owner, Henry Bedingfield, may be a descendant of the Henry Bedingfeld who was Constable of the Tower when Elizabeth was imprisoned there by her sister Mary. Elizabeth later referred to Bedingfeld as "Her Gaoler" ESTC S107164; STC 4500.5 Full contemporary mottled calf with blind-stamped rules, later papel label and shelfmark. Light wear to covers, wear to margins of frontispiece and title (?1-2), paper repairs with loss to text F2-G2, (2C1)-(2D4) and 3F2.
