Quatre aquatintes d'Alberto Giacometti. [Click Below for Full Description]

Alleen recto. Want als men staande naamvalsverbuigingen bezigt, moet men ze korrekt toepassen, & tijd is mannelijk'. Roaring Fork Press 1965 - Box 1 is mainly concerned with design, jazz, and photography and skiing. Very hard to find these days without the white box being crushed and marked; this one virually mint. Box 2 transcribes the Aspen film conference and includes a flexi-disk of Scriabinís 10th Sonata. Box 3 is the first of the imaginative Aspens one remembers from that period, starting with this Andy Warhol issue. It includes ìunderground movie flip booksî by Jack Smith and Andy Warhol; a flexi-disk of the Velvet Underground’s ‘loop’ (John Cale); the one-time newspaper The Exploding Plastic Inevitable, comprising 12 newsprint pages; and much more. All in a bright and crisply new blue box of Fab. Box 4 is the ‘Medium is the Message’ issue, including the ten-colour Cage diary How To Improve the World, electronic music flexi-disks, a study of Hell’s Angels, and much else. Boxes 5 and 6 (the best of all, the most conceptual and the most visual) contains essays by Roland Barthes and Susan Sontag; five flexi-disks, including readings of Samuel Beckett’s Text for Nothing, Naum Gabo’s The Realist Manifesto, William Burroughs reading from Nova Express, Morton Feldman’s King of Denmark, and John Cage’s Fontana Mix Feed; and much more. Also included are a maquette of Tony Smith’s Maze sculpture; work by LeWitt, Graham, and Bochner; and the terribly-hard-to-obtain 8mm films: Linoleum by Rauschenberg, Lightplay: Black, White, Grey by Moholy Nagy, Rhythm 21 by Hans Richter, as well as a film by Robert Morris and Stan Vanderbeek. Box 6a is … [Click Below for Full Description]
