Moorman, Charlotte - Peter Moore:
New York, 25. August 1965 - 16,3 x 23,7 cm. "Variations on a Theme by Saint-Saëns has become emblematic of Paik and Moorman's performative collaborations, perhaps because she brilliantly deployed two of his action-music strategies: surprise and disappointment". (John Rothfuss, Topless Cellist, S. 116".

[Click Below for Full Description]

Fleming, Ian
Pan, 1965 Pan 1965 - promotional copy for Player's Cigarettes, with Domino letter included. Paperback with wraparound movie artwork. This is the correct (14th) printing used for this promotion which includes a printed notepaper (with the water-mark) handwritten by Domino to James Bond. The letter mentions Player's Cigarettes, asking Bond to read pages 1525 in the accompanying book, unashamedly mentioning Player's Cigarettes. The letter measures 227mm×149 mm and is folded twice as called for. The letter is in fine condition, whilst the book is very good with some creasing to the spine. Also accompanying the book is a true first edition, first printing of the Pan paperback in very good+ condition. A rare piece of Bond ephemera.

LONGLEY, Michael.
Belfast: Festival Publications, [1965]. Octavo, single quire. Original white wrappers, wire-stitched, lettered in black, centrepiece illustration to front wrapper in purple. With a black and white postcard sent by Longley. Tanning to wrapper, dampstain, light foxing, offsetting, and creasing to rear wrapper, a very good copy. First edition, first issue, signed and dated by the author on the inner front cover. This is the author's first publication and, as well as being the most desirable, the first issue is by far the scarcest. Festival Publications printed this among a series of pamphlets by other emerging Irish poets like Seamus Heaney, Derek Mahon, and Philip Hobsbaum; this loosely defined group "is generally identified as the beginning of the Northern Irish poetry revival of the late 1960s through to the 1980s" (ODNB). The recipient of the postcard was Irish bibliophile Dr Philip Murray, whose collection was sold in 2016 in Ireland's largest-ever sale of first editions. Longley responds in the affirmative to Murray's request for book signings at their next meeting. [Attributes: First Edition; Signed Copy]

Moorman, Charlotte / Paik, Nam June - Peter Moore:
New York, 4. Oktober 1965. 17,5 x 23 cm. Sprache: n.
