This charming edition, with 100 coloured plates by A. Wallis Mills, was first issued by Chatto & Windus in 1908-09. Each volume has a frontispiece and nine plates, making the edition the most lavishly illustrated of its kind. Volume I contains a general introduction by Johnson; vols.
