Volume 3 (of 5 volumes) of Maund's richly illustrated botanical work. Additional engraved title page, approximately 150 pages of text (unpaginated), 2-page index. Illustrated with 50 finely hand coloured full page botanical plates, complete as called-for. Originally bound in contemporary cloth. Lacking spine and with both covers detached, but present. Text block still holding together. All of the plates are brightly hand coloured and generally clean. Sold as a collection of plates.
