Upper cover drawing and six drypoints, of which five are full-page, by Irene Hodgkins. Top edge gilt. One of 30 specially bound copies, out of a total edition of 380 copies, numbered in Roman numerals, printed on hand-made paper and signed by the author. Loosely inserted in a folder inside the lower cover is an extra set of the illustrations, comprising seven sheets - the five full-page illustrations, the title-page vignette and the upper cover design. Each sheet is signed in pencil by the artist. Fine in near-fine, fleece-lined buckram slipcase. A brilliant copy. [Attributes: First Edition; Signed Copy; Hard Cover]
