London: Methuen & Co, Ltd., 1913 - Quarto (244 x 183 mm). Recent red morocco by Bayntun-Riviere, titles and decoration to spine gilt, single rule frame to covers gilt, wide turn-ins, edges gilt, marbled endpapers, original covers bound in at rear. Bookplate to front pastedown. Faint mark to top edge, spine very lightly toned; an excellent, bright copy. Colour frontispiece with tissue-guard and 75 monochrome line engravings. First edition with Sullivan's illustrations. Hartrick regarded Sullivan as "naturally the most gifted of the younger black-and-white artists of my time, not excepting Beardsley" (ODNB).
