Spine edge just a little tender but joints strong and not damaged. Engraved portrait frontispiece (John Sturt) of Elizabeth and Mary to half-title verso, [32]+376 pp. A lovely copy, just a little bumped at corners, small chipping to spine edge, very faint remains of label to paste-down, modern owner's neat inscr. to f.e.p. verso. Light off-setting from engraving.
