An early news- paper informing England and America of the Opening of Japan to the world & to trade. Trade treaties followed. With bio- graphical notes on Perry. The top print shows a nice portra- it of Perry in full dress. Suitable for framing and display. A nice item for any collector of Japanese history and early foreign relations. Nicely done period piece. QUITE SCARCE .
