Card pocket at rear, ink library stamp on title page and some pencil numbers on title page front and back. 526 pages measuring ca. 212mm x 300mm- pages may have been cut down slightly when rebound. All 112 plates expected are present and generally in very good or better condition. Pages somewhat age toned but also generally very good or better. Overall, very good copy of this scarce work. Note: due to size and weight, shipping of this book outside the USA will be more expensive than an average book (ca. 2x). [Attributes: First Edition; Hard Cover]
