Black leather title label to front board states stamped name in gilt "Margaretta H. Brown". Boards and spine rubbed, endpapers chipping and delicate. Gilt still bright. Hinge before textblock loose. Few tears, aging and stains to textblock. A VG example. Foxing and age-toning to paper. 2" tear to top margin of last leaf (no losses). Very Good..
