Library sticker on front paste down. Blue sticker has short tear and exposes a second sticker underneath. No other library markings. Map of Texas Containing the Latest Grants and Discoveries by E.F. Lee, Published by J.A. James & Co. 1836, still firmly attached to book. Outlines are hand colored and colors still strong. Overall condition of map is very good plus. Book pages have some staining and foxing but overall this is a good copy in its original condition. 336 pages. More photos on request. [Attributes: First Edition; Hard Cover]
