Some edge wear, soiling. book is a register written by the Chairman Mrs. Lilian Kirbyson I believe it is the only record of the organization Winnipeg Women's Committee of The Queen's Canadian Fund formed to raise funds through flag tag days in aid of the British people's rebuilding their bombed homes.
