Andy Warhol, exhibition catalog, ICA, Philadelphia, 1965
Institute of Contemporary Arts, Philadelphia 1965 - 1965. Catalog for Andy Warhol's first major exhibit, 1965. Very Good copy. Softcover, printed stiff wraps with cloth spine. Printed on green, silver and cream paper. Illustrated throughout, including Marilyn Monroe in color, Double Elvis, Jackie O, Brillo Boxes, Campbell Soup Cans and many others. A very nice copy -- usually found falling out of the notoriously fragile binding. Our copy is lacking the translucent title page that is sometimes mentioned. There are also 2 faint blue ink doodles, one on the front cover and one above G. R. Swenson's foreword; the contents are otherwise complete and unmarked. Digital images available upon request. [Attributes: Soft Cover]
