1932 1ff. An original wood engraving measuring 3 by 4 inches. Although the limitation is stated on the print as one of forty copies, Christopher Buckland Wright records that only twenty-five prints and two proofs were pulled from the block. Titled, signed, and dated by the artist, John Buckland Wright, in pencil. The wood engraving depicts two reclining, topless women lounging by the side of a pond, with a book, evidence of a picnic, and a portable gramophone next to them. Very fine, mounted in a mat measuring 15 1/4 by 11 1/4 inches.
