The Bookfellows, Chicago, Illinois 1919 - First edition limited to 325 copies. Boards now protected by a new Brodart Archival Mylar Cover. DOUBLE INSCRIBED COPY. Book is SIGNED BY EDITOR (Vincent Starrett), with inscription, "Dear P. J. J - Kind regard, and gratitude for your interest. Vincent Starrett 10 March 1920" on front flyleaf, and SIGNED BY DEDICATEE (Walter M. Hill) to whom the book was dedicated, "With best wishes from one booklover to another, Walter M. Hill March 13th 1920", on dedication page. Lastly, it has an biographical newspaper article on Charles Vincent Emerson Starrett (dated 3-28-20 The Line) affixed at the bottom of the half title page. Boards are dark green with light brown spine binding, and paper author and title labels on spine and front cover. Boards and pages are clean, unmarked (except as indicated earlier), bright, tightly bound and sharp cornered (except for rubbing at board corners).
