Ecce Homo
Der Malik Verlag, Berlin 1923 - Slipcase, 38 by 28 cm. Book proper: 36 by 26 cm. 84 black and white drawings plus sixteen colored plates, all magnificiently capturing Grosz's acerbic viewpoint on the corruption of Weimar Era Berlin, with fat cats, shady underworld types, vampish prostitutes, etc. Repair 2.5 cm in height (at longest) on spine foot with tape that is noticeable but not disconcerting. Some wear at other extremity, and light wear along all edges of the wraps. Interior shows signs of light use but remains clean and attractive. Slipcase with sunning along an edge and light wear besides. [Attributes: First Edition; Soft Cover]
