- The 8 letters are placed in plastic sleeves which are held in a 3-ring binder. The binder is cased in green leather with gilt decoration and green moire 'paste-down endpapers'. Typewritten transcripts accompany the 7 autograph letters. 1) A.L.s, dated 24-6-03, signed G.T., with added P.S. sheet, addressed to 'My Dear Clifford' from Richmond, Yorkshire. 2) A.L.s, dated 3-12-1903, signed G.T., addressed to 'My Dear Clifford'. 3) A.L.s, dated 8 VI. 1904, signed G. Tyrrell, addressed to 'My Dear Clifford' from Richmond, Yorkshire. 4) A.L.s, dated March 13, 1906, signed G. Tyrrell, addressed to 'My Dear Dear Clifford' from Freiburg im Breisgau. 5) A.L.s, dated 10 April 1900, signed Edward Arnold, addressed to 'My dear Father Clifford' from London. 6) T.L.s, dated April 25, 1901, signed by Thomas J. Conaty, addressed to 'Rev. C. J. Clifford' from The Catholic University. 7) A.L.s, dated July 5, signed J. Keating, S.J., addressed to 'My dear Con' from St. Ignatius College, Stamford Hill, South Tottenham, N. 8) Autograph verse, dated 3-1-97, entitled 'Ad Cornelium', almost undoubtedly in the hand of Joseph Keating.
