On inside of end papers the original label pasted in with handwritten notes relating to the book after rebound. Insides Overall foxing more so on edges. Overall fair condition. Joseph Howe, famous in his own right, published this book. The first edition of one of the corner-stones of Canadian literature. TPL 1963, Lande, 1814 & S1014, Watters p.219, NSIB 17.
