Edge of text block darkened and a few spots bottom of p. 41 and surrounding pages. A little thumbing and spotting to title page. Dr. James Gregory was at one point president of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh but is said to have published some private proceedings of the college in 1809. For this action he was suspended from his duties. In this book, consisting of several sections and an appendix, the college explains its case against him.
