All eight original parts of the quintessential 1890's magazine here rebound in two volumes. The original pictorial green paper wrappers of parts 3-6 bound in. (Volumes 1 and 2 were issued in pictorial pink boards). Bookplate of the bibliophile HOLBROOK JACKSON [1874-1948], author of 'The Eighteen Nineties: A Review of Art and Ideas at the Close of the Nineteenth Century' (1914), to front pastedowns. Handsomely bound, c.1920, in two volumes in green half morocco, gilt-lettering and decoration, top edge gilt, others untrimmed, green cloth boards. Publisher's printed slip announcing the demise of the series bound in at the end of part six. Some foxing to part seven. Spines uniformly and attractively sunned to a shade of brown.
