INSCRIBED and SIGNED by the author on the front endpaper: "To Elizabeth Hall/best regards/B. F. Skinner." Elizabeth Hall, widow of award-winning children's book author Scott O'Dell, also wrote children's books and was the Managing Editor of Psychology Today magazine.
