From the library of Lord Mostyn, probably Sir Thomas Mostyn (1704-1758), 4th Baronet, (with his Gloddaeth Hall , Wales, library bookplate). Bookplate of Montreal collector Alberti G. Nicholls. Two small holes where a clasp had once been attached to the front board, a couple smallmarginal stains, sparse foxing, else very good.
